These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DaisyX website, course materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.

• By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. License to Use the Course

• Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the DaisyX course content.

• Sharing, reselling, or distributing your login credentials or course materials is prohibited.

• Any downloadable resources (templates, workbooks, journals) are for your personal use unless otherwise marked as provided with Master Resell Rights (MRR).

3. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, text, video, audio, templates, and downloads remain the intellectual property of DaisyX or its licensors.

• You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute course content unless explicitly granted permission.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments, billing, and taxes

• When you are charged: Your card is charged at the time of purchase during open enrollment for each $47 course you select.
• Processor: Payments are securely processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Statement descriptor: Charges will appear as DaisyX Ai Studio.
• Currency and taxes: All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required by law.
• Invoices/receipts: An email receipt is sent automatically after payment.

• Refunds for digital courses

  • Instant digital access: Course access is delivered immediately after successful payment via email. If you do not receive access within 10 minutes, contact us at hello @daisyx.ai and we will re-send access.

  • Refund window: We offer refunds within 2 days of purchase if all of the following are true:
    • you have accessed less than 10% of the course content (by lessons watched or files downloaded), and
    • you attempted to resolve any technical issues with our support team, and
    • you submit your request to hello @daisyx.ai from the email used at checkout.

  • Non-refundable situations: We do not provide refunds after 2 days, for accounts that have consumed 10% or more of the course, for completed courses, discounted or promotional purchases clearly marked as final sale, or for change-of-mind after substantial use.

  • Accidental duplicate purchases: If you were charged twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

  • Chargebacks: Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

  One-on-one coaching
  • Eligibility: Coaching is available only to students who have completed at least one course and demonstrated retained knowledge.
  • Fees: Coaching is a separate paid service.
  • Rescheduling/cancellation: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed or same-day cancellations are charged in full. Once a session has occurred, fees are non-refundable. Packages, if offered, are refundable within 7 days of purchase only if no sessions have been used.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use & Responsibility

• DaisyX may reference or provide training on third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, DALL·E, or others). These tools are not owned or operated by DaisyX, and their use is subject to each provider’s terms.

• You agree to use AI tools responsibly, ethically, and legally.

• AI outputs may contain errors, bias, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying and applying any AI-generated content.

• DaisyX disclaims all liability for misuse of AI tools or outcomes produced using AI prompts taught in the course.

6. Disclaimer on Accuracy & Outdated Material

• While we strive to keep course materials accurate and up to date, DaisyX does not guarantee that all information will always be current, complete, or error-free.

• Some content may become outdated due to changes in AI tools, platforms, or market conditions.

• DaisyX is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from reliance on outdated or inaccurate information.

7. Parent Company & Related Domains

• DaisyX operates as the parent brand for multiple websites and domains, which may include but are not limited to training platforms, community pages, and branded course sites.

• By using the Services, you acknowledge that content, communications, and transactions may occur under different domain names owned or controlled by DaisyX. (Mom Ai Studio, Black Girl Ai Images, Pretty Special Mom)

• All such domains remain subject to these Terms unless otherwise specified.

8. Courses Disclaimer

• DaisyX courses are intended to provide knowledge, training, and educational resources in AI and related fields.

• We make no guarantees of income, financial success, or specific results from participation in any course.

• Any examples of results, case studies, or earnings shown are illustrative only.

• Your success depends on your personal effort, application of knowledge, and factors outside our control.

9. One-on-One Coaching Disclaimer

• One-on-one coaching services may be offered exclusively to students who have completed at least one DaisyX course.

• Coaching is considered an additional service, separate from course enrollment, and requires an additional fee.

• Coaching sessions are educational in nature and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

• DaisyX makes no guarantees of income, business outcomes, or professional certification as a result of coaching.

• By participating, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on your own effort, readiness, and engagement.

10. Earnings Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee financial results. Any income examples provided are illustrative only.

• Your success depends on individual effort, skills, and market conditions.

11. No Legal or Professional Advice

• The Services are for educational purposes only.

• DaisyX does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaisyX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

13. Termination

• We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in harassment or infringement.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective once posted to this site.

15. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States under federal jurisdiction.

• Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or mediation unless otherwise required by law.

16. Fulfillment and Access

• Delivery: Access links and login credentials are delivered by email immediately after successful payment.
• Access term: Lifetime access to the purchased course, subject to the Terms of Use and platform availability.
• Support response time: We aim to respond to support requests within 1–2 business days.
